More than a chief executive, his role is to keep innovating to keep Neev on a high growth path. As a creative and ideas person he adds value to most projects in Neev apart from starting new initiatives within the company. Before starting Neev together with Santosh he was in Talisma where he played a key role in the Web strategy of the company and later in creating a flexible information architecture for the product. From there he moved to being the first employee in India for Pi Corp (now Decho, an EMC company) where he was creating new ways for people to interact with personal information. His first entrepreneurship lesson came in school when creating and selling a school magazine at no budget. Many of those lessons are still handy. He is an alumni of IT-BHU.

Apart from keeping Neev chugging along its growth path, Santosh is mainly responsible for bringing new business and business relationships into Neev. He is also spearheading Neev's Web Content Management System ActiveSite's product strategy. Before starting Neev together with Saurabh he was in Talisma where he played a key role in the offline client and later in creating a flexible information architecture for the product. From there he moved to being part of the core team in India for Pi Corp (now Decho, an EMC company). From a business family, he has developed a keen business sense since he was quite young. He is also a voracious reader with a memory that will surprise you. He is an alumni of Bombay University and IIM Bangalore.

Vinodh is responsible for growing Neev's QA services business and also makes sure that Neev is growing in a sustainable manner with adequate process support at each stage of growth. Already having made Neev a process compliant organization (and certified ISO 9000:2001), his focus is to make it a company which practices continuous improvement. Before joining Neev, he was working in Infosys gaining experience in data warehousing and the later in KPMG as a senior consultant in Risk Management. He has been running marathons for a few years now and loves to compete with himself. He is an alumni of NIT-Trichy.

Ali is the go to person in Neev for all things technology. His inputs go a long way in creating robust, intelligent solutions for clients and also architecting Neev's Content Management Product in a scalable way. Before joining Neev, Ali was with AurigaLogic where he created and architected many products some of which were open sourced and submitted to the community. His passion is technology which aids business and its infectious. He is an alumni of Bombay University
