•  Client sets forth the technical expectations from the resources deployed for the project.
•  Neev proposes the Team composition (developers + testers + Project Management).
•  Both the parties agree on the composition, billing rates, duration of engagement and mode of work allocation.
•  The Project lead or manager or some technical staff can be placed at client’s location to execute and manage the engagement.

Fix Bid 

The client gives a frozen requirement specification document and Neev estimates the effort and shares it with the client. Once approved Neev defines the milestones and team composition with delivery schedule – Payments are milestone based. A detailed estimation sheet is designed with modules and features broken down to be as granular as possible. Once a sign off is achieved , the milestones are defined and work commences. Payments are broken by Milestones.
