They have set up a platform with the biggest brands, manufacturers, retailers and service providers across the country so that they can offer the right deal to the customers.

Real Estate Portal:

The portal showcases a gamut of services offered by the client as a real estate consultancy company and is the most famous real estate portal in Middle East with over 1 million visits a month.  It gives the users an option to list and view properties in different geographies for renting or purchasing / selling. It offers loads of other Web 2.0 features to the normal and premium members.

Project marketplace:

Neev acted as the complete technology partner to the client which needed the next generation services marketplace, offering a solution that goes beyond traditional forums that merely introduce buyers and providers. The application not only brings the buyers and sellers together but also helps during the negotiation and execution phase. The application has been integrated with 3^rd party tools viz. Plaxo, Escrow.com, SVN, Contenio, PayPal. The complete portal was migrated to Amazon EC2, thereby providing scalable capacity for computing and storage space. 

Market place for movies with IP rights management:

The California based start-up needed a rich online marketplace where the buyers and sellers can transact and manage rights for their film and video properties. Using a proprietary standardized licensing and contract processes, the application streamlines and facilitates the content discovery and acquisition process, making it easier to buy and sell distribution rights globally.
