Apple on Friday 24^th August 2012 ,won a decisive victory in a lawsuit against Samsung, a verdict that will give it ammunition in a far-flung patent war with its global competitors in the smartphone business. The market share has come down to two-horse race between Android and Apple. Case against Samsung is part of Apple’s fight against Android, Google’s operating software for mobile devices. Steve Jobs had said he was “willing to go to thermonuclear war” on this.
