The Neev Process

Time & Material
The client engages the developers / Testers of Neev at an hourly rate for a given period. The Project management effort can vary depending on the size of the team.

Engagement Steps:

• Client sets forth the technical expectations from the resources deployed for the project.
• Neev proposes the Team composition (developers + testers + Project Management).
• Both the parties agree on the composition, billing rates, duration of engagement and mode of work allocation.
• The Project Lead or Manager or some technical staff can be placed at client's location to execute and manage the engagement.
